Chon Ju Jip - San Diego

Nice little pop and shop place, have a family owned vibe. This is nice small place to have a quick bite.

Today, we visited Chon Ju Jip for the first time. This small, traditional restaurant was bustling with a lunch crowd. The mandu soup was flavorful and the banchan was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of favorite spots in Convoy.

I had this dish for lunch at work and it was the ideal meal. It was not too heavy but packed with delicious flavors. I wish I could be hungry again so I could enjoy it once more.

Good side dishes and tasty lunch special. I got the Doenjang Jigae (Fermented Soybean Stew)
