Cafe Zzo - San Diego

We love this restaurant after a good Sunday hike. The breakfast burrito panini and turkey club are our usuals.

Nice upbeat cafe with healthy options! And good seating. Note, the acai bowl I received was kinda soupy

Wow! Very modern and cute coffee shop nestled against a gorgeous and affluent apartment complex. The Breakfast Burrito Panni is perfect. Excellent combo of tator tots, meat, avacado and salsa. Somehow manages to taste fresh and is not greasy. I 'm always happy to find places with Acai bowls too. *hint parking can be scarce, lots in the city park across the street are amble. The Google sub descriptor for Cafe ZZO was 'comfort ' food and I disagree. We almost skipped this place because we wanted a filling but not a heavy breakfast and this place was perfect. Good background music, excellent staff (I think it 's a really helpful mother daughter combo) both inside and out sitting. We will definitely come back tomorrow.

I absolutely love this place! The coffee and the burrito panini that were on the menu were delicious. Not to mention the amazing service and staff that worked there. I’m so saddened that cafe zzo had to close up shop, I hope somehow when all of this is over they will come back.

Wow! Best place to come for your daily morning coffee needs!. They also have great breakfast here too, my favorite item is the Breakfast Burrito Panini that comes with hash brown, bacon, egg, cheese and a California favorite AVOCADO. Definitely choose this place over Starbucks any day!. And the best thing yet is that it’s all reasonably priced too.
