Venimos de vacaciones. El buen quique es un gran mesero atención 10/10 muy alegre la pasamos bien.

Las mejores alitas lemon pepper que he probado, las probé por primera vez hace ya varios años y siguen estando súper ricas. La atención por parte de todo el personal es muy bueno.

Best Hotel Experience in ALL of Chiapas!!!! I brought my mother to Mexico to celebrate her 77th birthday (was her first time visiting Mexico) and the staff at Casa Lum went out of their way to make it special and an unforgettable experience. All of the staff from check in, housekeepers and restaurant were so genuine and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, the rooms are spacious and well designed, and the food was amazing. My mother and I felt so welcomed by everyone and we felt very at home during our stay. I also arranged a massage for my mom via the hotel and they sent a wonderful gentleman named Pedro. My mother says it was the best message she’s ever had. Back in April I received devastating news that I have stage 4 cancer and honestly I wasn’t sure this trip was even going to be possiblethankfully I was able to take my mother on this trip and with the help from the amazing people at casa Lum.this really was a once in a lifetime trip. It will always mean so much to my mother and I and if I’m able to next year.we will return to San Cristobal and Casa Lum. I have so much gratitude for all of the staff at Casa Lum, for they truly are the best!
