Mcdonald's Taco

Horrible staff, they should be fired. We entered through the door closest to our car and when we were already in the building a screaming spanish woman came and said we have to enter through a different entrance. We were hungry so we just listened and went to the other door. Once there the same arrogant woman comes and says we’re not allowed in yet for no apparent reason. And then she opens the door and says we need to take out our covid-passed, completely insane considering the vaccinated spread covid just as easily. Anyway we did as told and were then allowed in. Horrible arrogant woman working there, she seems to have no life at all and loves policing every customer. While eating 3 potential customer-groups were scared off by this worker. Corporate should have a look at the management here as they are terrible.

Customer service is very rude! First of all, when we came they start to shout on us in spanish, we asked to say in english but they continue shouting in spanish.secondly, they did not let to choose the food for 2 person. But if we were standing near by and but choosing from different computer its okay. Thirdly, there are a lot of rubbish outside in the restaurant. Very bad experience. Please never be rude with YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Una buena opción si estás en el hospital y quieres comer algo rápido

Muchas veces de las que realizó el pedido para recoger, se olvidan o del helado o de las papas o de que la hamburguesa la pedí sin pepinillos etc... Entonces ya de por si si tengo que estar revisando yo cada vez que pido un menú o lo que sea, ya es como si crease desconfianza de estar revisando siempre lo que pido por qué no confías que en venga con lo que has pedido así que lo siento.

Uno de los mejores mcdonalds que he ido, muy buen servicio, limpieza y personal super agradable y bueno, recomiendo muchísimo este establecimiento.
