Mae Caprichos De Mercado

We were tired hot and hungry after a long car journey when we stopped in La Laguna and to our luck we found this place not too far from our car park. We had seats in a lovely setting watching the city go by as we ate some of the finest food we had on the Island! I had a carbonara that was an absolute joy to eat and a massive portion to get the full enjoyment thankfully! Super friendly and helpful, you will need some Spanish if going to make things complicated but that does not hinder at all. A wonderful vibe and we were the only people in the restaurant. I tried to leave but profiteroles were mentioned and i found myself sitting back down to another course. Setting, a back street in the City, delightful. Food simple yet very effective. Price Extremely fair. Would most certainly return in ever in the area, don't walk past, sit down!

Found this cafe by accident and so glad I did. The venue is very rustic but chic. The food is of the highest quality and very reasonable. The flavours came flooding out of the homemade sauces and the bread selection was the best I had sampled on Teneriffe. I really wanted to go back for dinner it was so good.

We couldn't believe our luck when we happened upon this cute, rustic looking little gem. We ate there for lunch, however we couldn't decide what to have so the chef Rocco (if remember well) came to ask what we liked and recommended a mixture of shellfish....wow!! So tasty I even asked for more of their homemade focaccia to soak up all the sauce. We accompanied this with one of our favorite champagnes, Louis Roederer (one I might add which very hard to find on this island). Can't wait until we revisit.....

Buen restaurante italiano. La camarera es muy agradable y nos trató muy bien. Es cierto que la comida tarda un tiempo en salir, pero es notable que se hace en este momento y vale la pena esperar un poco. Pedimos tres latas de pasta a cada uno mejor. muy recomendable.

Local con pocas mesas dentro y cuatro en la calle. Normalmente está ocupado. la comida es buena, cocina italiana, y la relación calidad-precio es adecuado. Buen ambiente.
