I called the store immediately after placing the order and the guy on the phone said he could not fix it then and refused to cancel the order so I could just reorder. However, he promised and assured me he would call me back to fix it but never did. Not a reflection on the food but I was expecting better service.
Best pizza ever. I miss this place soo much. We have relocated to east coast in north carolina. Let me tell you can't find a place like zpizza anywhere out here. For those who are lucky to still be in San clemente enjoy the great food cause there no other place like it.
Recently ordered from z pizza. Totally screwed up our order. No sauce on both pizzas. Wrong dressing on salad. Called and complained. They said since we ordered. From grub hub they would not do a refund. Since when do you pass the blame to grib hub? Never again. You lost a customer

My partner and I have been ordering from this restaurant several times a week for months. Unfortunately, when I placed an order tonight, I inquired about the same item I had ordered yesterday to ensure there was no confusion. The manager did not repeat my order exactly, so a new order was created. When the food arrived, it was incorrect, so I called to request a replacement. The manager then called back to deny my original order, causing me to spend five times longer placing an order than usual. The manager was defensive and rude, leading us to end our business with zpizza. It is a shame because up until this point, it was the best pizza we had ever eaten. It is important to respect other people's tastes. In response to the owner's question, the order ID is AABKBKT8AEAH. They should be able to review the profile attached to the order to see what was delivered yesterday compared to today. The person who took the order, whom we later called, was very defensive and claimed to be the manager. We had asked calmly for a replacement, as we still wanted our delicious pizza.
