Tula is amazing, and then it goes downhill from there. Lazy workers, always out of tuna cause they too lazy to make it and every worker minus Tula makes it obvious they hate the concept of working.
Horrible service. The workers there don’t explain or understand anything- very low intelligence people who work there and untrained. The owner is extremely rude. Will not be back.
The service at this restaurant was terrible! I work in the service industry and almost never complain, but this time I had to. "Arnold," if that is even his real name, refused to take my order for 3 sandwiches and 2 salads because he claimed it was too large of an order, even though the restaurant was empty. He was not wearing a hat and had long hair. He was willing to make the sandwiches, but insisted that I order the salads online. I don't understand why he couldn't just make the salads since there were no other customers. He mentioned that they would be closing early that night, so it seems like he just didn't want any more customers. It was incredibly frustrating and I will not be returning to this Subway again. The picture shows how "busy" he supposedly was on January 9th at 6:00 PM.
The young server was excellent, but the meal was poorly prepared. The ice had melted in the "fresh vegetables," making them soggy. The spinach and desserts were unpleasant, too wet and unappetizing. The food didn't taste fresh at all. We dined a little before 7 pm, and about 3 hours later, my partner got food poisoning. I'm grateful I didn't eat my sandwich, as it also seemed unappetizing. I do not recommend dining here. This was my second visit, and I will not be returning again.
