I found out about the restaurant thanks to a friend who told me about it. We went to celebrate with friends, the owner of the establishment welcomed us and explained the concept of the restaurant and the dishes to us. We ordered: two pizzas, one montanara (chorizo and mushrooms) and the 4 formaggi (mozzarella, parmigiano, blue cheese and parmesan. One panserotto rosso and two puccia burger. The food was delicious. The dough is light and delicate so it is not heavy when digested. The San Marsano tomato with which they prepare the tomato sauce is subtle and does not overpower the other ingredients. In the case of the 4 formaggi pizza, what makes it special is the combination of cheeses that gives it a salty touch just right so that you want more pizza. Absolutely recommended, both for the food and for the service and atmosphere, which is very welcoming. Vegetarian options: There are pizzas that do not contain meat, such as margherita, vegetarian or caprese pizza.
