Ube Mami - San Bruno

We finally discovered Ube Mami located in Kapwa Gardens, San Francisco. We sampled the crinkle cookies and the buko pandan de ube. The crinkle cookies had a lovely crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior. The buko rolls had a delightful flavor and texture. I'm curious to know what other delicious items I should try on my next visit! One suggestion would be to display some of the baked goods instead of relying solely on an iPad with pictures, as the sunlight can wash out the images. Just a thought! We finally discovered Ube Mommy at Kapwa Gardens in San Francisco. We sampled the wrinkle cookies and Buko Pandan de Ube. The wrinkle cookies had a delightful crispy exterior with a soft, chewy center. The Buko rolls were tasty and had a great texture. I’m curious about what other treats I should try on my next visit. One suggestion I have is to showcase some of the pastries visually rather than relying on an iPad with pictures, especially since the sunlight can wash out the images. Just a thought!
