Mcdonald's - San Bernardino

It's McDonald's, so my expectations weren't high. The French fries were hot and fresh, but I wish my chicken sandwich had been as well.

We ordered breakfast from them, and the drive-thru was so busy that we had to wait for the line on Redlands Blvd to ease up. However, our overall experience in the drive-thru was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely go back.

The value is excellent as always, but I didn’t feel welcomed at the Barton Road location in GRATO, unlike how I usually do.

I always like the taste. Once in a while, I long it so that I don't have the high price. Customer service has been good so far; they need more employees in the morning. I appreciate this location 3 stars because: parking is too small, vanilla ice cream coffee does not taste like vanilla. Every mcD's I had has the same problem with vanilla coffee

The food was not good the sausage mcmuffin with egg was greasy and the muffin tasted as if was 10 years old. They probably opened the english muffun when they started for the morning, they were hard and not toasted. We ordered a Carmel machiado with extra sugar and was told that they will not put any sugar in it. We then asked for packets of sugar and was never given them. The restroom was dirty and smelled bad. Go to this McDonald's at your own risk
