We have been to the island for many years a lovely lady approached us and said about this new restaurant. We looked at the menu and we all said we will be back tomorrow evening ,we did OMG WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!!!. Champagne cocktail they need to now how to make one not just a glass of cheap nasty champagne,food there’s was 5 of us we didn’t have a starter , there was the chicken ok Luke warm, Cesar Salad oh sorry chicken Cesar salad chicken cold no Cesar dressing croutons Black and chewy , Cod RAW . Well let’s get onto the gnocchi with a beefy tomato sauce , that’s all it was was this sauce dumped on top of potato mush it was cold and inedible, they changed it for tagliatelle with a Bolognese sauce how do they expect someone to eat this with no cutlery. They need to get knowledge of wines they have not got a clue what they have and the differences between wines REDS OR WHITES. The waitress that Dealt with the problems was ver tearful but dealt with the situation very well,As the the manger decided to leave the staff to deal with the problem, Only to find out it was the lovely lady we met the night before Not so lovely if she can not deal with customers Will not be back to give the a second chance. I can’t see this being around in 18 months lack of training and support from the management
Went here as we all were looking for tapas. It's not what we expected only a small selection for tapas which was very expensive however the tapas portions was massive so the cost is justified. The food was lovely very tasty. The staff were very friendly but slightly slow we waited for them to come back to offer dessert after around 15 minutes we got up to pay the bill. Again nothing that wouldn't stop me going back.
A big surprise in the yumbo center. You must to go at the gourmet tapas meals localised at the 2nd floor to try and discover al the menu and particulary the breakfast ... amazing présentation amazing food ... just try to yourself
Not as good as I hoped it would be , but also not so bad Staff make there fair share of **** ups but they really go out of there way to correct themselves and get it right The same experience was had by friends of ours the previous night Averagely priced... the chips were lovely Steak wasn’t bad either , once they re cooked it , spaghetti bolanaise was tasteless though. I think there still learning , once they get it right it will be a fab place to dine out at
