La Arcadia - San Antonio de Areco

This was the first restaurant in San Antonio de Areco. We were a party of 10 and we came late at 2:00 in the afternoon. But they sat and took care of us very well. The Calamari was delicious and perfect. The steaks and pastas were perfected. The options for Desserts were also great. We enjoyed our time here very much.

We ate pasta sorrentinos panzottis) and it was very good. Friendly people, quick service, good prices.

In the city and La Arcadia for lunch on the way back to BA after a Estancia stay. We were happy surprised at everything in La Arcadia, everything from service, food and price was really good. A few meetings and dishes to share, fish and cheese. Everything very happy with their dishes and the price was really good for good quality. Not the best meeting or food we had in Argentina, but not too far away and we can really recommend this place.

We were eager to taste some of the famous traditional parrilla, and La Arcadia fell over! There were two of us, and the plate that could have loaded with a variety of meat simply fed 4-6 people! Besides beef cuts there were chickens, sausages and so on. All well prepared and delicious. If you are looking for the famous / infamous protein overload, you have found the place. Great outdoor seating, efficient staff. We didn't have room for Dessert, and they had wonderful options, so we came back later after our evening.

We went to this restaurant for my birthday dinner and it was perfect. The menus was extensive, food was excellent, portions were generous, service was fast and efficient and the prices were lower than usual. I had the beef de lomo brochette and my partner had fish in a four cheeses sauce. The entrees, beverages, wine, cost only 300 pesos about us $20 including gratuity. Highly recommend for good food and service in San Antonio de Areco and it is located beside the river parkland.
