Wok Inn - San Antonio

This place is beyond bad. While the food tasted ok the temperature was cool. The service was horrible. The cashier had a bad attitude with everyone that came in. She was on her phone while the food just sat there.Food: 3/5

Food was cold the egg drop soup. the stuff crab racoon cheese puffs are fried too crispy on the ends. I paid $6.45 for 4 burned ones.?

The soup tasted like warm water with a flat cardboard flavour. (Others at the table had a variety of soups same experience. I managed to get some flavour in mine with a healthy dose of salt and soy sauce. Main dish (orange chicken was good.Staff said they were out of napkins after I requested more.Not bad overall but NOT in a rush to visit that location any time soon.

Ordered at 1:04pm, received food at 1:35pm… the restaurant only had 2 occupied tables.. unfortunately cashier could not explain delay other that the kitchen staff was responsible… on the flip side prices are decent as is the portion size

Cook had shoulder length hair. No hair net on, or hand band. Did not see until after we eat. Yuck! That is food handling 101.Cashier looked very upset to be working. Never greeted us, smiled at anytime or thanked us for our business. Or invited us back. She had long hair and glasses.Going back, no way never again. Do not waste your time or money here.
