Wingstop - San Antonio

I usually call in my order, so it's ready when I arrive, which means I don't get the complete dining experience. However, the staff is always friendly! They have my favorite lemonade in jugs, so I always make sure to grab one when I visit. I have no complaints about the food— the wings at this location are consistently crispy and well-seasoned. The fries, on the other hand, can sometimes come out a bit soggy when I've requested them extra crispy. Aside from that, I haven't encountered any issues.

I requested garlic Parmesan sauce for my fries, but they told me they couldn't accommodate that. I know that's not true because other places have done it for me before. Instead, they gave me a side of Parmesan cheese, which was pretty unappetizing. The fries themselves were soggy, limp, and nearly burnt. I'm not sure if that's just their cooking style, but I found it unappealing. I also tried the boneless wings for the first time, and they were a letdown. They were more breading than chicken and also soggy. I won’t be returning to Wingstop. The only good things were the ranch and blue cheese dressing. Overall, I feel like I wasted $33.

I received excellent service from Kenisha; she was extremely polite and eager to assist me! The food was also fresh, which enhanced my overall experience.

The wings are sensational, and the fries are perfect. If you're looking for amazing wings to enjoy while watching fights, these are the ones to try. Flavor expert Victoria did an outstanding job!

This Wingstop location still hasn't done anything about the Roach problem. I won't be returning to this location anymore.
