Whataburger - San Antonio

It must've been my lucky day. It was a Thursday morning at 6:15am when I decided to order thru the whataburger app for the 1st time. I placed my order 12min before leaving my home, heading to work. I wanted to try their Spicy Honey Butter Chicken Buscuit with Hash Brown Sticks. Normally this location has the drive thru line and wait time excessively long. I've always avoided this location for this reason. Yet when I arrived, the place was empty! wait.. what?? Yes..Not one car in the drive thru and no one in line inside. I was quite impressed that my order was ready for me, bagged. So I darted in and out with my order in less than 2min. The manager on duty who attended me was very friendly. The guy on the grill peeking his head out also had a friendly smile. These guys made my day! By the way, the meal was yummy! I'll be back again for another breakfast adventure.

I frequent this restaurant and I've never been dissatisfied in any service from this place. The food is always fresh and hot. The orders are filled right the first time including special instructions for their sandwiches. I'm a satisfied customer whowill return to this clean and friendly location.

Ordered 35.00 worth of food , waited nearly 40 minutes. Inside the store , I understand that her name was Angelina,and she was absolutely terrible. She told me she was out of product , and had to wait for it. She could've let us know from the beginning.She told me to have a great holiday season. I offered to pay for my food, even though it was taking this long.

Was happy with our experience here. Ordered on the app, and it was brought curbside very quickly. Our order was correct and made well. The employee who walked out our food was courteous. Only downside was no napkins in the bag. Still satisfied!

The entire night crew 100% needs to be fired! I?ve been having to go to this Whataburger every morning after work because I don?t have time to go anywhere else and not once in the past two weeks have they gotten my order correct! And like I said Idon?t have the time to go back. I?m going to have to get with corporate and discuss how they are going to make things right.
