Whataburger - San Antonio

The level of incompetence at this establishment is truly remarkable, and it goes beyond just the young staff members! First, they either forgot my order or mistakenly gave it to someone else. When they finally delivered my curbside order, they omitted my fries. I should have double-checked before heading home, but I assumed the delay meant they were preparing everything properly. I ended up driving all the way back to Whataburger and spoke with a young manager – not a teenager – and requested a redo of my order. They gave me medium fries instead of the large I had initially ordered, even though I remained polite throughout the interaction. In hindsight, I should have created a scene, as I have little doubt they would have still messed it up! Absolutely ridiculous!

This is likely the best Whataburger I've been to in terms of fresh food. I've even passed by other locations just to come to this one. They are quick, the food tastes exactly how it should, and my orders have always been correct. The customer service is excellent as well. I highly recommend this location if it's nearby!

To put it simply, I'm not sure if it's the service, with the drive-thru employees chatting with customers, or the overall lack of experience in the restaurant after midnight. Some nights, I felt like I could have cooked my own meal at home more quickly and efficiently than driving to this Whataburger. Buck.

Love me some whataburger, and this one didn't disappoint. Everything came hot and delicious. I was surprised that the food came so quickly. Ordered a jalapeño cheese burger with grilled onions and toasted buns. Only thing I could see out of the ordinarywas the restaurant needed just a little bit of sweeping.

Lackluster customer service and not great food. Merely passable fare that is edible but nothing Is ever recommend. Fries were okay. Jalapeño Ranch sauce was pretty good. Bathroom was pretty disgusting. Just go next door to Chick-fil-a.
