Chinese Fair was kind of disappointed when I arrived. They don't allow inside seats to be left for Kovid, but the lady who helped me said they had trouble finding personnel. Only to go orders. I got a menu, but you said prices would be more than what the menu says. Not sure if it is because I ordered to go or if it is because they have changed prices in general. That was a little shocking and disappointing. Sesam ordered chicken ( sauce was excellent, chicken was good not good). Fried rice seemed a little hard and not as tasty as other fried rice I had. Steamed soup bunk, now the guys were delicious. The diving sauce was also delicious.
Won ton soup broth is excellent. Pepper beef was very good, especially the sauce. Lemon chicken was nice and crispy. Liked the pork fried rice allot. Egg roll was fresh cooked and tasty. Over all very good Chinese food.
They serve traditional Chinese dishes and American-Chinese dishes to cater to those who are not familiar to the culture. We usually order the eggplant with shredded pork, mapo-tofu, the spiced lamb, and the basil fish. It's wonderful. My daughter loves her sweet'n'sour chicken and combination fried rice.
For the first time ordered here, because they have decent reviews close. The slightly baked lamb in Hunan Sauce was tasty cooked directly (not above or below), the Sesam Chicken was tasty, the steamed dumplings hit the spot. Prices are higher than expected, but you can't blame these people. They do a good work with ingredients preparation. FYI, my visit was a few weeks ago, they only did takeout.
