Sonic Drive-in - San Antonio

I’m not sure who owns or manages this Sonic, but the service was very disappointing. Waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru without anyone answering or taking orders is unacceptable. It was a complete waste of my time.

We waited for an extremely long time at this restaurant. We arrived around 10 AM, placed an order through the app, and then waited 30 minutes. After driving around, we asked an employee sitting outside if they were open, and he told us they wouldn’t be until 10:30. We lingered for another 10 minutes, but it was an unpleasant experience—the parking lot was filthy. It was clear that they don’t value their customers. When we left at 10:45, the same employee was still outside chatting with another coworker. I would give this place 0 out of 5 stars and I do NOT recommend it!

This Sonic location may be the worst fast food restaurant in San Antonio. I waited 25 minutes for my order, and the red button for service didn’t work. The staff, mostly teenagers, seemed indifferent to the situation. Overall, this place is poorly managed and in need of serious improvement.

I ordered from the app and was told my food would be ready in 7 min, but we waited for over 30 min without any explanation. I had to go in and ask after nobody answered when I pressed the button.Then when we got home with the food, the Order was all wrong. Instead of a double cheeseburger, we got two single burgers with no cheese, and instead of a super Sonic breakfast burrito with no sausage, I got a tortilla filled with cheese (and that 's it). I paid $4 for a tortilla and cheese. And the cherry limeade with extra cherries just had a bunch of cherry stems.To top things off, when I texted the area manager with this experience using the information printed on the receipt, I received an invalid phone number error .Very disappointed with this experience, will not be returning to this Sonic. Save your time and money.

DO NOT ORDER from here they are a bunch of idiots they get my order wrong every time we go there and takes 30 min for the food to come worst place and slowest place ever if I can give it no stars I would.
