Sonic Drive-in - San Antonio

The service was good here. My order was correct and they read it back to you, for verification. If you go after 5pm, expect to wait over 15min in the drive thru. They are short on help so be patient. I recommend the popcorn chicken, it's delicious and not ridiculously over fried.

This place is hit n miss. Sometimes food is real good sometimes it's not so hot. Same with service, or speed of anyway as I've waited way to long at times. Think there having personal problems, hopefully they will resolve this soon. I'll keep going so long as it doesn't get any worse.

I try this place in the hope that both food and customer service will be better, but NOPE. literally every time I go, there is only drive thru ok no big thing, but wait over 30 minutes until COLD FOOD is RIDICULOUS. Regardless of the situation, they should not eat you cold or hardly warm. And that's also when they're not busy. So disappointing! I don't worry anymore, because even my remake order was cold.

I used the 99 cent mozzarella sticks. We went to the drive-thru and we went to the window, they said they dropped the fresh batch for us. We asked for barbecue sauce and they said they had none, but before we drove away, they stopped us and said they had some that they used in their backs to give us. This girl was so sweet and I saw that she went beyond and beyond to make us happy and I wish I knew her name to give her that loan. You know who you are and thank you for doing our day. There are not many gems like you.

Me my daughter had lunch french toast was on point quick and friendly service.
