Sonic Drive-in - San Antonio

This restaurant should be closed down and replaced by another company. The prices have gone up after inflation, but the quality of the food has improved. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, and we were given smaller portions than we had requested. It took about 30 minutes for our food to be served. The kitchen seems unorganized and the staff are not efficient. Another review mentioned a negative experience from a former employee. I suggest boycotting this establishment and reporting it to the food and health department.

What is happening here? It feels like a chaotic mess being run by someone who is totally out of control. My experience was so terrible that it would be a waste of time to go into detail. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you enjoy overpriced mediocrity and a complete lack of professionalism.

I recently stopped by the drive-thru for some cold drinks. It took nearly 30 minutes to reach the window, and by the time we got there, our slushies had already melted. Not quite the same as enjoying a warm drink.

I asked for a big ****, at the window they gave me a medium, I said I actually had a big she rolled her eyes all annoyed, then turned around the medium into the big cup filled it with more ****. So then I just had an irrigated kirsch koks mud. I don't understand why they don't 1. make it the right size to start with 2. Why did they roll my eyes? 3. why they couldn't do my **** right after they messed up.

I mean there is literally no more flavor. Not even at bottom. That’s cool. Y’all can’t even do one job
