Silo Prime boasts a breathtaking dining area, enhanced by beautiful lighting that perfectly complements the tables. The tables are arranged around a piano, allowing for live music that elevates the overall experience. The service is consistently excellent, and this visit was no different. However, the real highlight is undoubtedly the food. The menu offers a variety of options to satisfy every palate. I enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak accompanied by fresh vegetables. This is a fantastic spot on the Riverwalk for an exceptional dining experience.

Ivan was incredible! They accommodated us as walk-ins and seated us right away, providing nothing but top-notch service. The crab and lobster fondue was rich but absolutely delicious! The Chilean sea bass was fantastic! The atmosphere was beautiful, enhanced by a talented pianist.

This restaurant was fantastic! I ordered the ribeye steak, and it was incredibly delicious. My wife had the seabass and scallops, which were cooked to perfection. I brought my wife and ten of our closest friends to celebrate her 60th birthday. The ambiance, service, and food were all exceptional—even surpassing five stars! I highly recommend trying the BBQ shrimp, ribeye, and the chocolate mousse dessert. Overall, I give it a perfect rating: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

I was absolutely amazed by a recent 60th birthday party I attended at Silo's and The Fairmount. It was nothing short of perfection! The chef, waitstaff, bartenders, hostesses, and especially the general manager, Brandon Stevens, were all outstanding! I’d like to highlight their impressive attention to my food allergies. My meal was both safe and delicious. Thanks to this great experience, we're now planning to try Nona's. As a former meeting planner, I truly appreciate excellent operations, and I can confidently say that The Fairmount and Silo's deliver nothing less than quality!
