Rudy's Country Store and BBQ provided a warm welcome as we stepped in, emanating an authentic Texas BBQ ambiance. The brisket, ribs, and sausage were all exceptionally delicious, but the standout for me was the flavorful sausage. The sides, including coleslaw, potato salad, and creamed corn, were spot-on—especially loved the texture of the creamed corn. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience, making us feel right at home. I'm definitely planning a return visit for more of their delectable offerings.

Excellent food and you can never go wrong with their barbecue sauce. We were on our way to the Alamo and it stopped for lunch and I don't believe my biological mother had ever eaten at a Rudy's Barbecue she ended up buying a bottle of sauce everything is

I was here on 11/7/23 after a long busy morning decided to stop here for brunch. So glad I did. I absolutely enjoyed myself. When I first arrived I was greeted by lady employee. Then an employee named Bernie greeted me, asked what will I be having today, and started making suggestions and took my order. Great welcoming energy and was very very kind. Beans, potato salad, tea, and half sausage with sause was so tasty. Totally amazed. I loved my visit and will be returning back soon. Thank you and greatly appreciate your services. The food was amazing! My kids loved the ribs and brisket..and even my youngest (has a finicky toungue) LOVED the creamed corn! What 's cool..is that when you order to go, you can watch your meals being cut and prepped for you on a closed circuit tv on the wall. The service was quick, friendly, and he actually informed me of my best options and not tried to sell me just to make money. They 're just off the main road on 281 S on Nakoma, behind the has station...but it is worth it..the flavors of smoke and bbq were incredible. Brisket melted in my mouth! I give this place 10 stars out of 7 spatulas! Hahaha...Flavors worth the trip and money!
