Panera Bread - San Antonio

I normally come through here, and I have never had a problem. Today I went through and got their new cordon bleu sandwich. This is the only thing I've eaten today and that's OK because it was a big sandwich. Three hours later I have food poisoning. Having to pull over and vomit on the side of the road. Be very careful of the sandwich at this location. Now I know I'm in for at least 2 to 3 days of struggling with food poisoning.

I come to Panera on road trips to work. This location’s Wi-Fi is basically unusable it’s so bad. Don’t visit if you need to work and to the franchise owner, stop cheapskating your service contract.

I'm so bummed out. My boyfriend used the drive through at Panera Bread after work and they forgot one of our items grilled cheese sandwich) and no receipt was given. I hope better service is provided in the future. It sucks to want dinner after a long day at work just to get home and not find part of your order, then having to drive all the way back to try to get the missing part of your order that was charged. :

*Cluttered and Unclean*A few weeks ago, I treated myself to Panera because I wanted to use a Gift Card that I had been holding onto. While the flatbread pizza I ordered was decent, the experience of eating in an unclean restaurant (again) in the evening overshadowed the free meal. This was my second time eating at the Panera near the RIM and I assumed that the last time in November the messiness was due to a late-night Friday evening rush. Because we wanted a quick bite after our movie, my date and I brushed it off and tried to enjoy the meal the best we could.Well on my second visit, I ordered my meal at the kiosk and looked around the establishment for one clean, unsticky table. As I scanned the restaurant, there was some sort of debris or liquid on the tables, and I didn't necessarily want to sit at the bar tops near the kitchen that were a little cleaner. For this to be the Panera Bread of the RIM, the furniture looked like college kids hung out here regularly and gave the furniture a good workout. The place just looked like it had seen some better days and needed a deep clean. Even with the shape of some of the cushions, a clean place to sit would have made the difference. Everyone in the back looked so young as I looked for a manager who I would pose some leadership discussions with. I assumed there was a (shift leader) who definitely had not stepped into the dining room to see the lack of clean tables and the mountain of dirty dishes needing cleaning. Please Either:A. Add someone else to the lunch and dinner shift to clean .... orB. Take some accountability and assist the staff members in cleaning the dining room as a leader when the rush begins. While I enjoy Panera, and the food did come out in a reasonable amount of time, I have become a fan of Firehouse Subs or just Subway and can state that I will not be returning to this establishment or visiting a Panera Bread in the near future... I hope that when this is read, the leadership of this once fine establishment understands that pictures are worth a 1000 words...I do not recommend this location until they clean house, while we are not in a pandemic, cleanliness should still be their TOP priority.Ms. Foodie.

Food was great, but the place was kind of dirty. Tables were not cleaned and restrooms were dirty as well.
