Why did they remove soup from the drive-thru menu? Is this because I insisted on ordering it after waiting for 15 minutes, only to be told by a grumpy woman that it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes? She seemed quite unpleasant and was clearly not being honest. My son managed to get his soup, and he'll keep ordering his overpriced soup! New management is on the way!

Visit this place if you enjoy being overlooked, even when you're the only one in line. The payment kiosk wasn’t working, and despite the staff being right there and glancing at me several times, nobody offered assistance. It would have been nice for someone to at least say, “Hi, give me a moment to get someone to help you!” A little acknowledgment goes a long way.

I wish I could give this place a zero star rating! I'm absolutely furious! My company asked me to order lunch for the team during a training session, so I went to the Panera website, placed the order, and paid. However, our training venue was changed to an office just a mile away. When I called two days in advance to request a change in the delivery location, they outright refused and insisted that I cancel the order and start from scratch. I didn't want to go through all that trouble, so someone had to leave the training to pick up the food from the original location. To make matters worse, they got the order wrong! When I called to express my dissatisfaction, they offered a refund, but what about the employees who had no lunch? The quality of the food itself was subpar, and the packaging was even worse. Everything was unmarked, so we couldn't tell what was what. They promised to deliver the missing items in 20 minutes, but it's been 45 minutes, and we're still waiting. If you're looking for quality food delivered to your workplace or event, I strongly recommend finding another option!

Very hit or miss they usually get the food out quickly but they're often short of ingredients so idk it's mid, it's really expensive too and their coffee is dubious. Not a bad place to go if you're eating healthier, but idk

Terrible experience. After spending 10 mins getting an order together on their self order system it glitches and won't complete the order. So we ordered at the counter. Then I find there is no sweet tea, after they let me order it. It's not that they're out, the dispensers are emptied and clean
