Panda Express - San Antonio

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The burgers are priced at $7, but there was some disappointment with the Broccoli beef bowl. The dish had five thin and dry pieces of meat, with the largest piece measuring about 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches. Additionally, there were three discolored pieces of broccoli and the bowl was mainly filled with rice. I would recommend saving your money and purchasing the sides separately or looking for another dining option.

I went to the restaurant craving a late-night Broccoli-Beef dish. Unfortunately, they did not have it available that evening. When I asked for an alternative, the server bluntly said, "We don't have broccoli cow." I was taken aback by her rudeness and wondered if the manager allowed employees to speak to customers in such a disrespectful manner. It left a bad impression of the restaurant and its customer service.

The second time I ordered something was left out, the items on the receipt were correct but I did not receive what I paid for. I should have been more vigilant and will not be returning again, as the prices are high and the orders are consistently incorrect.

Idk was however in several times reis was hard they began to slip down in the product they give. the taste even begins to change. I do not recommend this location

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Always gets the orders wrong. Doesn’t included items LISTED on the receipt. An employee also flipped us off and said “fxxk you” very disrespectful, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Get things down right the first time and there shouldn’t be any issues. Really hope y’all rethink your employees.
