I first visited this restaurant when it opened in SA to try their famous orange chicken. It was decent, though I can't speak to its authenticity. It didn't impress me enough to return for a while. A friend insisted on going again, so I gave it another chance. The food was just okay, nothing special. My main issue was that it was served cold, including the rice which was undercooked. The service was average, no one was rude but no one seemed to be particularly attentive either. The atmosphere was a redeeming factor as it was clean.
Fantastic! I absolutely loved the delicious dishes at this restaurant. I can't wait to return! The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Just a small note, it could use a bit more variety for children.
We have ordered from this restaurant three times when we couldn't get out with the kids and needed food, and each time the same thing happened - Panda Express and DoorDash did nothing to fix the problem. The delivery driver never brought all of the food we ordered (how could 7 meals fit in one bag, and why would Panda Express staff insist they were all there three times in a row?). When we called the restaurant, they claimed to have given everything to the driver and refused to help further. When we contacted DoorDash, they said to call Panda Express. This pattern repeated three times in less than 4 months. We strongly advise against wasting your time and money here, whether dining in or ordering for delivery. The so-called General Manager, Carlos, is not only rude and unprofessional, but also seems to have trouble with basic math and logic - thinking 7 meals can fit into one bag. Maybe the title of General Manager doesn't suit him; he should start from the bottom and work his way up, or find a career that doesn't require mathematical skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and good customer service.
I love the food...so tasty, but the drinks have a lot...sweet tea even warns sweet and the mango passion fruit tea used to have an awsome sweet to it and now there is no taste...what happened to this place... while some times soda are either flat or out and the teas have no taste, what so ever...if there are for the drinks id give this place a 5....this location has gone down hills
