Panda Express - San Antonio

This location charges me for my food and says there will be a small 5 minute wait for chow main and to pull up. After 15 minutes they come out and say they are out of Chicken and Beef. Mind you that’s all I ordered. The assistant manager mentioned they should have told me they were out but she couldn’t do a refund and the store manager would call me to offer my money back the next day. Now I’m stuck. Manager called me today and wants me to drive 45 min out of the way and provide a receipt for the refund. But there’s more. They never gave me a receipt. So they basically stole my money.

This Panda site is never packed, but always has good quality. I was in other places that are not as good and the food never tastes as fresh as this place. If you ever look for a quick bite, come to this panda.

The service is always fast and the food is delicious. I say the orange chicken crabangoon, overall this is one of my favorite places

The food was very good and the staff was pleasant. If you are looking for a wide selection and large portions, you must visit this Panda Express. In a time when the service industry is planning and charging cartridge more, Panda Express still sets the customer first.

I was here only during the lunch break and WOW will fill these places! Requisit to the staff who have a line that wraps around the restaurant. When they ran out of orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp, we had to wait a while until they made it to us by really filling the Entree slot and scattering it into some egg rolls. The staff here work so hard and they just prepped the food perfectly on the consistency that Panda has always offered. I recommend and return!
