Mcdonald's - San Antonio

The quality of service at this particular McDonald's is always pretty good. Although I always check, I rarely have items missing from my order. I drive past another McDonald's on my way to this one because....they have a lot of issues getting orders right. 27 June 2022: service is still pretty good here although they still seem like they are a bit understaffed. The crew was working hard but looked like they were having a hard time keeping up. They were working fast, but seemed like there wasn't enough people to meet demand.

We had a bday party there on Saturday. I was so impressed. Nothing to complain about. Customer service at its best

Great place,safe to take grandchildren. They gave a girl who is cleaning constantly, the mess the children leave..she is great.

I came in here it was clean and the employees were very friendly. So I had the Big Mac combo meal which filled me up. There is also a kids playground inside so if you have kids they can play while you enjoy your meal.
