La Panaderia - San Antonio

We LOVED this spot! We stopped for breakfast and ordered some pastries, coffee, and breakfast plates. Everything was very delicious, but I highly recommend going for the ranchero eggs benedict for breakfast with chicken. I was skeptical about the grilled chicken bc it can be bland, but it was super flavorful bc of the sauce and salsa on top. It was busy when we went and a little tight, so if you go and want a covid friendly experience maybe go during less busy times/order to go.

Customer service was great!!! Food delicious! If you want something different this is the place, fideo soup tasted like my grandma's recipe, avocado is an add-on, the chorizo is homemade and the milanesa de pollo was super crispy and juicy.

Such a Wonderful and homey place to grab a bite for lunch or Spanish sweet bread for a snack. The Manager was so humble and took care of us, and there was nothing wrong with our entire visit

The bakery is great! The chicken salad was well balanced. The chicken was a little dry. The multi grain bread that came with the salad was excellent. Turkey sandwich was fresh, again great bread. The Caesar salad was really a side salad. I did confirm this was their Caesar. It had iceberg lettuce, sun dried tomatoes and croutons.l, no romaine lettuce or Caesar dressing.

Very clean eating, not heavy in seasoning but great in flavor, presentation was wonderful. The smells in this place were hard to resist all the pastries. A wonderful experience, would definitely visit again. This is a great place to visit for someone trying to experience Mexican pastries.
