Koreana - San Antonio

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time. We ordered the kimchi soup with soft tofu, deep-fried dumplings (mandu), kimbap (Korean rice roll), and kimchi.

Koreana offers delicious and authentic Korean cuisine at its finest! In addition to their exceptional food, they also stand out for their attentive and friendly service, despite having a small staff. This sets them apart from other Korean restaurants.

This restaurant serves the best boar in town. I have tried boar dishes at many places throughout the country, but nothing compares to the flavor here. I highly recommend trying the steamed and fried mandu as well.

Wow! I always love trying new restaurants and new foods, so I was excited to give this place a try. I was definitely not disappointed! The food was incredibly delicious. Just be prepared for a cultural change when dining here. This is not your typical American restaurant, and those who try to treat it as such may find the differences a little strange. Remember, this is a Korean restaurant and their customs are definitely present here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to step out of their comfort zone and try an authentic Korean dish. The selection was amazing and there were plenty of options to choose from. A great experience all around!

I've been here so many times for the last 12 years. The food is authentic Korean food. It reminds me when I was stationed in Korea. The only complaint I got is the carpet. It's dirty and there's a stinking smell. Apart from that, the food is excellent.
