Hon Machi Steak And Sushi - San Antonio

This is hands down the best hibachi grill I've ever visited. The food was not only delicious but also very generous in portion sizes. The steaks were incredibly tender, the scallops were massive, and the Ahi tuna was outstanding. Our chef, Jesse, was exceptional—I've never seen a better showman and chef at a hibachi grill. They also did a fantastic job accommodating our group of 12 at the grill.

We live about 60 miles south, and whenever we head into San Antonio, we love to explore different restaurants. I suggested trying Japanese cuisine, and my fiancé and his mom were on board. I did a quick search and found Hon Machi, which was conveniently located nearby. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. We’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent service, food is tasty. Their Chirashi dish presentation is one of the best I've had locally.

Excellent meal and friendly staff. Price was right in line with a good lunch place and the sushi was fresh and well-prepared.
