Fuego Tortilla Grill-san Antonio

This restaurant serves quality food at a reasonable price. It's always busy in the neighborhood, which might make some people wonder if it's worth the stop. I was looking for a salad that’s more than just a basic offering of lettuce and tomatoes—something I could easily make at home. We decided to try the Mexican Cobb salad and, oh my goodness! You definitely don’t want to miss this. I couldn't help but finish every last bite. And let me also mention the chips—they're tasty, delicious, and really uplifting! I plan to keep coming back here; it’s hot, fresh, and healthy!

It reminded me of Chipotle! The tacos were really delicious and quite large! The customer service was excellent as well! I highly recommend giving it a try!

The restaurant looks and sounds better in pictures than in reality. The tortilla was bland and there was just too much of it. The fried chicken I had was quite tough. Not every dish needs bacon, and if it’s included, it should be fully cooked. The salsa and the carne asada were good, but overall, this doesn't really represent authentic Mexican cuisine—it's more like a step up from Chipotle.

First impressions not great. I just started working as a security guard at a near by dealership and noticed a restaurant I never seen before. Watching how busy they got at about 3 am I decided to try it myself. To my surprise they were offering barbacoa tacos which I had been craving good barbacoa. Idk how good they’re intercoms are (looked like a new building so I doubt they were bad) but apparently they didn’t hear me clear enough. I ordered 1 bacon an egg, 1 potato an egg, 1 carne guisada w/ cheese, 1 barbacoa, and banana pudding. When I got to the window and they repeated my order it was missing the barbacoa and pudding. 4 tacos and a small what looks like 8oz bowl of pudding came out to 19.53. Seeming a little high I check the receipt and to my surprise I was charged 5.79+.69 for a classic guisada .69 adding cheese. All this taco had different than what I was expecting was guacamole. The original taco I asked for was 3.99 which was still too much for 1 taco. I didn’t want guacamole.

We tried this place for the first time it was such a welcoming experience. Daniel was so kind patient as we looked over the menu. He brought us our food and at the end made sure everything went well. I’m satisfied with his customer service the restaurant was very clean/presentable. I would highly recommend going here! The tacos were superb there are so many options to choose from.
