Update: First, a big shout out to Hannah. She is very nice, professional, and hospitable. She deserves a promotion; however, the young man who works the front window during the day and week recently is extremely rude and unprofessional. It would be nice to have a hospitable pleasant experience with this favorite restaurant of mine, which I frequent a few times a week. I think ultimately management is at fault for fault for training and supervision regarding hospitality and customer service. This employee makes me want to avoid this restaurant altogether. Additionally, the new change has been implemented. Where they hand you an entire tablet, it is very heavy, which then enters each person's vehicle, which is extremely unsanitary and burdensome. I wish this restaurant would not do this. I do not know if any other restaurants that do this anywhere in the United States. Orginal review: This restaurant is 100% vegan. Period. No animal products, no mayo, no worries. The food always comes quickly and drive thru is key. The desserts are all vegan coconut based. The vegan cheese here is follow your heart. The #1 Earth Burger is the most popular item and is the best vegan burger. This is beyond meat patties. I take meat eater friends here and they say it tastes just like a regular burger. The chikn is one of the better vegan chickens I have had as well. Best vegan shakes including Oreo. Desserts are bomb. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the best veggie burgers in the city! By far, I recommend the fries tots and burger chicken. The tots and chicken sandwich aren’t bad, they are just not as good as the fries and burgers. Highly recommend paying the few cents more for a side of their earth sauce to dip your fries in. The ranchero burger is where it’s at. Even my meat eater other half likes it! And, if you like peaches, please try the peach tea and shake! They are amazing! Vegetarian options: The whole menu is plant based! Love it! The OGs of vegan/vegetarian fast food. Been going here since before they had a soft serve machine. Wish they would bring back the Earth Crunch Wrap though. I guess going to Green for the Bulgolgi wrap is fine too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Earth burger is not just for people that are vegetarian- the food is so good. The fries are the absolute best. I also stand firmly on my Buffalo chicken wrap. I always get it when I'm in the vicinity and if I'm heading to the airport during business hours I try to get a wrap to eat while I wait on my plane.
