Always get the order right. I like my vanilla iced coffees with cream and sugar, which most Dunkin’s seem to get the proportioning of the flavors wrong. I’ve never had that problem with this location. And they have excellent customer service
I take the long way to work every day just so I can visit this location over the one down the road from my neighborhood. They never run out of chai and are super attentive even when they are swamped. I wish they would allow digital tipping as I never carry cash these days and I feel so bad for not being able to.
This is my favorite Dunkin location. For some reason they are the only ones that make my coffee just right. Today I went inside after placing an online order that said it didn't go through, but it charged my account. I work in retail and understand there can be glitches which is why I went inside. Everyone was nice and the gentleman who helped me verified that I had the correct location and was quick to get my order out with no issues. Thank you Dunkin for being awesome. Also, the drive-thru line was really long (at least 10-12 cars) when I pulled in but by the time I walked out of the building it was down to 1 car. Way to go Dunkin!
I never post Complaints, this is the first one. I had been at the store earlier to ensure that I could pick up a “box of Joe“ for a function. When I returned in an hour, they told me they could not fulfill the 1 box order because they had a large order the following day. They didn’t try to find a solution, they just said that they couldn’t do it The clerk that had assured me I could’ve come back was sitting there during the whole process. I went to Starbucks, a mile down the road, and they took care of it in five minutes.
