The waffle was very dry like one you get at a hotel), unedible to my wife. My steak and eggs... I dunno what cut of cow it was, but seemed more like a cold cut from walmart than any steak I've seen. Crepes were par, and do recommend if that is what you are looking for. Very dissatisfied with our experience.
I will start out by saying that they?re pretty pricey. Just for one person with a coffee and crepe, it was $20. I got the caramel macchiato and it was the best coffee I have ever had! I?ve had Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Smokey Row, and other coffee shops around the country and this is the best coffee hands down. I will definitely be coming back just for that reason alone. I got the Belgian and Fruits crepe and was not expecting it to be super chocolatey as I?m not a fan of chocolate. (Note: it?s not topped with fruit. The fruit is inside. It ended up actually being really good. I think the crepe balanced out the sweetness of the chocolate. Overall, I would recommend and will be returning!
We went on a Saturday morning/late afternoon. We tried to call to make a reservation as we had never been and wanted to try to secure a table but the phone just rang and went to what sounded like a personal voicemail. When we arrived there were a decent amount of people but no real wait and there were available tables so it wasn?t packed. Everything looked great and the food coming out looked delicious. Only thing was it took a very long time for our food to actually get to us, almost 15-20 min for a single coffee 35-40 min for the food. The food had decent flavor but definitely couldn?t see how the wait was that long and I wasn?t really a fan of the plastic silverware that they serve the meals with as they didn?t hold up while trying to cut the crepes with.
Spent over $80 and I asked for more syrup (very little on the waffles) server seemed a little annoyed. When he returned my daughter asked for some as well for her waffles. He said she could have a little and even used his fingers to gesture that. Welp he never brought her any syrup. They should have syrup on the tables if they do not want to be bothered by customers asking for more. Second time here. My daughter goes often for the gluten free options. Food was good but not sure I would return based off this experience. Too much money to spend when they are stingy on syrup of all things. Oh and you pay before eating so your tip is before your service. Go figure.
I have visited this place twice. The environment and restaurant service are good. The three crepes I have tried were good but not the best quality I have had in Texas. I haven't tried other food. Pictured are the sweet turkey brie cheese crepe and the Biscoff crepe. On the other visit, I tried a cinnamon butter crepe. For people seeking excellent crepes, I recommend giving this place a visit and making one's own judgment particularly since there are many varieties I didn't try and people have different standards.
