Cosa Nostra Pizzeria - San Antonio

The food was fabulous. What I observed is a mom and pop style restaurant struggling, like many other places, with what I am guessing is a finding people that want to work issue. While short staffed they appeared to be doing the best they could. Yes, it took a while for our food, forgot our salad, ultimately we did get our food and it was great. Now, i could be wrong, but it appeared they “called in reinforcements” because a lady came in (possibly wife of owner or employee) and she came out to lobby to help bus tables. Her completely adorable son (who could barely see over the tables) was even trying to help grab a cup or plate to take it back. His laughter was infectious.

This small hidden gem of a restaurant has incredible food and a small, attentive staff. It's a wonderful find!

The food was delicious. But... The wait was forever! Just getting the waiter to take out orders took forever. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs. It was phenomenal.

Great spot for Italian food and great customer service!

I am thrilled to have found a restaurant that offers delicious vegan dishes made from scratch without any processed ingredients or soy. The sweet inferno cheesy garlic bread was incredible and I will definitely be ordering it again. I also loved the no meat sauce spaghetti. I can't wait to try one of the vegan pizzas on my next visit!
