When we were allowed inside, the employees didn’t even acknowledge the long wait we had endured. It's disappointing to see such a lack of respect for customers and for the discipline to open on time. I left feeling really let down. Next time, I might just ask for a free meal and suggest that the manager take a hard look at their team's performance. Chipotle, you’ve really missed the mark this time.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today, August 10th, and had lunch. They were quite busy, but the food was generally good. However, the brown rice was only partially cooked, which was a bit disappointing. The sauce lacked flavor as well. While it was understandable that they were busy, I believe a staff member should be responsible for cleaning the tables and chairs right after customers leave—it shouldn’t fall on us. Despite these issues, I would still consider coming back because this place is better than some others I’ve tried.
If you’re placing an order for pickup, be sure to double-check that you have all the items and that you've received the correct protein. I paid extra for additional steak but ended up with the regular portion of chicken instead, and I was also missing one of the bowls from my order.
I ordered before and my order was not ready for 15 minutes after the specified time. when I unpacked the film on my burrito and she fell apart completely (see picture.) they forgot my order when I ordered the last time before, but they gave me at least one free meal. very disappointed by this chipotle and will not come back.
I am very disappointed by this place. the last 5 online orders I made were wrong. for me to go back and forth to fix the error is a waste. once I went back to get boiled. what I received was not even close to what we ordered (4 bowls) instead of making the bowl new, they tried to supplement the missing items, but to leave the wrong items, then cover with salat. when I checked the bowls to make sure they were right, it was still lacking guac and they added sour cream. I don't like seeing sour, so the bowl for me was not to eat. So they took the bowl back and when they brought it back to me, it looked like they dropped the bowl on the floor, and they had pushed it up and thrown it back into the bowl. only a complete chaos and the answer the manager was, we're sorry. If they want chipotle, they wait in the line and make sure they get what they want. if they order online, they have a 20% of the order right and a lot of luck in getting a replacement when they are ready to drive back and fix it.
