Burger King - San Antonio

I visit here pretty often, but the evening staff needs work. The card machine is down ever so often as well as the receipt paper being out. I only order the impossible whopper and I haven't had a disappointing order yet.

Not bad. Sometimes they are bad and other days they are good. Got a Texas double and a triple whopper /w cheese. My order was right and good. Could have been alot hotter.

I ordered two double cheeseburgers on 01-02-03 plus other items. The burgers always got with Cheddar or Americans. This time I got a mysterious white cheese. My dinner couldn't eat anything I didn't want or know what it was.

The burgers were sloppy and had very little salad, tomatoes, pimples and onion. The little thing it had done was divided in the center of Burger the bread in half because it was dry. If you see a burger on commercial or image, it looks full and juicy when you buy from this store you only see the bread.

The foundation was apparently closed at 9:25, although confirmed opening hours until 11:30. All the lights were on and employees could be seen in the restaurant. All customers in the Drive-Thru speakers and windows were ignored and the doors were locked. No sign explaining the closure was published. Called BK customer service line to ensure that the franchisee makes the situation aware. Your business will not survive with such a blatant neglect.
