Burger King - San Antonio

Burger king was not busy at the arrival. we were just driving thru customers and not within customers we did not get what we ordered and we had a waiting time of 15 minutes. our burgers were good, we ordered wobble rings, but got rid of, we asked ketchup, salt and serviettes and got none of them.

I went during a big hurry about approx. 8 clock and it took a few minutes more than before, but my order was perfect and hot. the workers looked rather tired, but still had a great customer service!

Incredibly slow, even if they order online. very small objects. over 15 minutes.

I can't believe how terrible this restaurant is! I decided to try it out because it's close to where I live, but that was a big mistake. An employee actually admitted to me that they have had rat problems in the past and that they even had to shut down at one point because it got so bad. This place should definitely be shut down and replaced with something better because it is absolutely filthy. I wasted my money by eating here.

I just returned from a Burger King near my home, just a 5-minute drive away. When I took my burger out of the bag, it was completely cold and didn't have the cheese that I had ordered. Unfortunately, I couldn't return to the restaurant immediately as I was at work. When I tried calling, no one answered, so I decided to contact the Corporate office to file a complaint. Overall, my experience at the Burger King located at 16070 Potranco was awful.
