Burger King - San Antonio

I recently bought a Whopper meal combo and accidentally left my debit card at the restaurant—totally my fault. When I realized it 40 minutes later, I rushed back, fearing the worst. Luckily, I was greeted by a cheerful manager who knew exactly what had happened as soon as I explained the situation. Her staff had already handed the card in to her, and it was safely stored. She asked for my name before returning the card for security reasons. I was really impressed by how everything was handled, and I even called headquarters to share my appreciation. On top of that, the meal was incredibly fresh and the fries were hot—just the way I like them. Thank you to the team at the Valley Hi location for saving me a lot of stress!

One thing I noticed was that they didn't have Coca Cola, but the service and attention I received were excellent. Additionally, this Burger King was very clean. That's why I love it. Thank you!
