The breakfast buffet has lots to choose from. Mercedes is an awesome server to get. The dinner menu has lots of choices. George was our waiter and he’s fantastic. The prices are reasonable for an Omni property. Would definitely return when staying at the Omni.

Not typically a fan of hotel restaurants. Always found the price incredibly inflated, unnecessarily bougie, and generally a tourist trap for the lazy hotel patron. So there we were, indecisive to where we were going to have brunch. How pleasant a surprise it was when Bolo ended up being awesome. All you can eat Brunch buffet with bottomless mimosa for $30 a person? So the buffet is split between breakfast and lunch items that are in two separate rooms. Nothing unique rather an assortment of the most popular meal items. Some of the items that stood out was the salad bar, prime rib station, and the cold bar of shrimp and oysters. Standard breakfast selection of pancakes, biscuits gravy, bacon, sausage, sausage patties, cereal...etc. Looked to me that the breakfast really just complimented the lunch items. Mimosas really did flow like the river wild. After a while the waitress just left carafes full of them. I can only speak for the mimosas as I didn't have anything else booze related. This solidifies my decision to stay at this hotel next time I am in town. Till then.

Our server George was amazing first, second, and third of all. He was very polite and attentive and well mannered. The food was good but I personally felt it was over priced. It just wasnt anything spectacular for what I paid. The service however was the reason I enjoyed it very much.

Lots of options for the breakfast buffet. If you’re hungry and will eat lots of food as your breakfast $20 will be more than enough for the buffet. If you’re more of a light eater then the buffet will not suite you money wise. However the food was delicious and wish I could’ve ate more!

The Sunday brunch was absolutely amazing today. A bit on the expensive side but I thought it was fair, considering the food was tremendous and the mimosas were endless.
