Unfortunately, both meals featured dry chicken that was very tough to chew. The fries were also disappointing; they tasted old and stale, not fresh at all. Since this was a drive-thru order, we didn’t realize the issues until we got home. Additionally, the portion sizes were smaller than what we've had in the past. Overall, we were not satisfied, and this restaurant is no longer our go-to for a quick meal.
I placed my order through the drive-thru, and the service was exceptionally fast. The employee at the window was also very friendly.
We previously had a wonderful experience at another location, so we were looking forward to a similar visit here. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff significantly impacted our experience. We didn't even realize our food was ready because the cashier incorrectly guessed the spelling of our name. She got it wrong, so we had no idea they were trying to call us. When we pointed this out, her response was simply, "Oh well, I didn't know how to spell it." It seems like common sense would dictate that you should ask for clarification if you're unsure. Based on this experience, we will definitely not be returning to this location.
Ordering through the drive-through is almost always quick in the early morning. And the customer service is always very good at this location ?!
Viola at this Bill millers has such a great attitude not like most people that are in the service industry 6 stars for ViolaWheelchair accessibility: They have it.
