The service at this restaurant has been inconsistent, as they’ve messed up our order numerous times. Most recently, we received a drink that had something floating in it that looked like a worm. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was just an onion! It’s puzzling how that ended up in our drink, especially since we ordered tacos that didn’t include onions. Overall, I’d rate the food 4 out of 5.

This is the only place where you can get two iced teas for just $1.49! We grab them every day, especially with the heat. Just ask for your two refills and enjoy! Food: 5/5

I experienced extremely rude service from the staff behind the counter. I waited 10 minutes for two po' boys, and not once did the female manager think to check on my long wait. Two customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. The poor customer service, coupled with smaller portions for all meals, is why I won't be returning to this location. Food: 1/5

Slowest Bill Miller's I've ever been to. Took 10 minutes in drive thru n only 1 car ahead of me. One vehicle in parking lot and no one other then employees inside. My tortilla was hard and beans looked like they were heated from yesterday. Lady at window was very nice but manager kept talking to her while she was cashing me out and was causing her to get side tracked and took forever for her to give me my card back. Like whatever u had to tell her could've waited until after I drove off. I rarely give bad reviews and I love Bill Miller's but I will not be back to this location.
