Bill Miller -b-q - San Antonio

I visited twice and both times were a disappointment. The first time we have the Rodeo plates. The brisket had tons of fat circular ringlets all during the meat and looked disgusting. I ate around her, which remained very little to eat. The second time I ordered was a Poboy court. After they had paid and waited for about 8 minutes, they asked me to lift up and park. It sounded as if my order had been accidentally skipped as everyone behind me was able to raise, hand over their food after payment and be on the way. I had to wait 10 minutes. There was no offer of a drink or an additional page for the inconvenience. I don't care for your food coming back. I'd rather pay more for a better grill.

Went through the drive thru and got my food- was very cold. I went through again to ask for a fresh plate to replace it, and they gave me the tiniest tenders I?ve ever gotten. I understand if they come small they?ll sometimes give you one or two extra- but this plate comes with three and I got three tenders. Very disappointed.

I have a salad... probably not the best idea at a BBQ joint. A part of the salad was as brown as the meat on the salad

I just picked up a salad on my 30-minute break. Thanks for the old salad mix!

Food was on par for Bill Miller's. Service was quick, and employees were friendly. Only con is that the dining area had a funky old musty smell.. and the bathroom is in dire need of a cleaning/makeover.
