Good Burgers are consistent, service not so much, they cashiers just take your orders no conversation...we return for the food n to support the local business

It was me and my two (3.5) kids. We went because I wanted a gluten free burger and shake. Got there and it was pretty busy. Placed my order, which included a shake. I never got my shake and had to go ask for a refund. Burgers and fries decent. You get plenty of food, and I often split a meal with my kids. Customer service and cleanliness was lacking on my last visit. I’ll try them one more time before I decide if I’ll go back anymore.

I ordered a veggie burger, two Chicago dogs, onion rings, and house chips. The veggie burger was tasty, and the Chicago dogs were also good. The house chips were outstanding, but the onion rings were a disappointment. They had too much of a flour flavor in the batter; while they were cooked perfectly, the batter just wasn’t enjoyable. The service was excellent, though I wish they had at least two registers, as the line tends to get long. Overall, it’s definitely worth trying. I’m sure we’ll return, but I think we’ll skip the onion rings next time.
