Bakery Lorraine At The Rim

This is a great place to stop by for a nice meal and desserts. Their sweets are very good. The macarons are $3 each and are delicious. I just wish they were open later (they close at 6 PM usually).

I have always found this place to be a little gem. The people are just great. The coffee is great, as are the other drinks. The food will absolutely surprise you. Today I had a breakfast sandwich, croissant with ham bacon egg and cheese and it was absolutely fantastic as were the accompanying roasted potatoes. Can't get any more delicious than that. Washed it down with a wonderful Cafe mocha. Bakery Lorraine keep up the great work. You are definitely worth the money. I have tried their pastries in the past and those are also wonderful. Their Cuban sandwich is also a great bet. I also love the open atmosphere and comfortable seating.

Some of the best pastries in San Antonio can be found here, my favorites, or the almond croissant and the lemon kouign amann. The sandwiches are great and the coffee drinks are very good as well. Oh and their version of an old-school pop tart is ridiculous.

Was able to stop here for a quick bite and I loved it. I got the veggie quiche with a side of potatoes. I had to add a pastry so I got the lemon blueberry scone. Everything was so good and I enjoyed every bite of it. I definitely recommend this place. I am from out of town so I will definitely be back when I visit again. I can't forget to mention that the staff was very kind and attentive. Thanks for a wonderful first experience at this lovely bakery.

I hadn't done my research, so I was expecting a traditional American bakery. It was late afternoon, so the baked good options, besides the macaroons, were scarce. My niece loved her croissant and water. I couldn't find anything that interested me.
