Whataburger - San Angelo

Errors on orders can be frustrating. Two times I didn't get the extra sauces I paid for. It is too much effort to check the order before you unpack everything. The burgers are really good. Vegetarian options: Nothing much, at least not in the menu.

I usually don't go to this place because it's so far away from my house, but my daughter and I were randomly in the area when we both decided to eat lunch at this point. We were so impressed by Haley. She was so patient that we couldn't decide what we wanted. She helped us finally decide on our order and to assure us that the chef James was the best and we would not be disappointed and she was right. We'll get out of the way from now on to let James eat!!

If I could give my experience a 0 star, I would. 30+ minutes waiting in the drive thru. My MIL did not get her full order (her burger was missing). She was told that they were getting it out as fast as we can. Now, mind you, there were 5+ employees loitering around the soda machine, talking and laughing. By the time we got our food, it was cold. Don 't even bother going here. The employees do not care about you.

Nothing fast about their food. 25 mins trapped between cars in dr thru. No escape. Send water...I think my dog is having a heat stroke. Guy behind me has passed out from carbon monoxide. Somebody...help us...

Popped across from the Laquinta. Good location. Forgot to give me my shake with order but easily rectified. Staff seem friendly. Burgers, as always, the best in texas!
