Schlotzsky's - San Angelo

I cannot believe the poor service I've experienced at this Schlotzsky's. The staff seem friendly, but during my last four or five visits, there has always been an issue with my order. I've received meat on a meatless sandwich, missing chips, incorrect orders, and more—every single time. I really enjoy Schlotzsky's, and it wasn't always like this at this location. However, last year, every time I left, something was wrong with my order. They always remake it and are polite about it, but it's just baffling that I haven't been able to drive away with the correct order even once in the last six months.

The pizza was smaller than I remembered from my last visit. It could have been cooked a bit longer as well. The meaty pizza had very little meat on it—just a piece of bacon and no Italian sausage. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

I always loved it here, friendly staff and good food. When I was in the car yesterday, I saw her food was exposed, no lids on the containers and flies around. I lost my appetite and wasted $15 for something that fell apart when I took it up? my container was placed there at an angle and it was torn. I just gave it to my dogs.

That was my first visit to this place. I ordered the Albuquerque Turkey on gluten-free bread. It was excellent. I would have given 5 stars, but the ride was eternal. Nutrition restrictions: You have gluten-free bread for sandwiches and gluten-free crust for pizzas

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. It was busy when we arrived, but despite the rush, the staff handled everything beautifully. We were using a "Safe to Save" coupon with a new employee, and everyone was incredibly patient and supportive, assisting each other throughout the process. I also appreciated how quickly someone brought me ice-cold lemonade while they refilled everything. It was heartwarming to see how well the staff treated each other as well as us as customers. I highly recommend this location. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you!
