Mcdonald's - San Angelo

Just went by tonight and the guy at the window was so sweet!! Thanks for making my night better!!

I like McDonald's there an American Icon for fast food but I've noticed the staff lately don't seem very happy not rude but very dismissive. maybe management should be improving the environment of the work place or wages should be raised it's hard to say I like to deal with happy people when going out to eat and the last 3 times I've experienced the same issue at 3 different locations. so something needs to be done to raise morale.

I have had my share of bad experiences here, but lately it's been awesome, the staff are awesome, great attitude, it was super busy when I went, was in and out within 10 minutes

We ordered from the electronic screen and had our food and cups brought to us at our table. The whole establishment was clean, the employees were polite and our food was delivered quickly and it was delicious. The playground area was a lot of fun for our 2 year old.

I went to the drive thru during lunch time and needed to feed three hungry children. This McDonald's did a great job as the food was hot and fresh! It was really quick and the lady who gave me our order was friendly.Kid-friendliness: They loved their Happy Meals!
