I needed a cake for my birthday, and even though the store was closed and they were on holiday, they still responded to my messages. They were very helpful in answering all my questions and requested a reference picture for the cake. I found a picture and sent it in, not realizing that they would perfectly recreate it! I was completely amazed! Such excellent work and the staff were so lovely in making my day exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Carter's Sugar Shop. Thank you!
